• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Auto Wraps (Full, Partial, and Chrome Delete)
• Commercial and Fleet Vehicle Wraps

All services are completed by certified installers using premium products from brands including Geoshield USA, STEK, CARPRO, TMAXX, 3M, KPMF, and Avery. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, environment, and maintenance.

3. Estimates, Pricing, and Appointments

All estimates provided online, in person, or via phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may change depending on:

• Vehicle size, type, and current condition
• Film, tint, or wrap type and coverage area
• Installation complexity and custom requests
• Any additional services or upgrades requested

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Refunds are only granted when:

• A service was incorrectly performed by our team
• A material defect is found within the applicable warranty terms
• A return or redo is approved by management

Custom orders, pre-cut film kits, special vinyl material requests, and wrap orders are non-refundable once production or preparation begins.

5. Warranty Information

Our services include warranty coverage to protect your investment. Warranty terms vary by service type:

• Window Tinting: Lifetime warranty on Geoshield ceramic and carbon films covering peeling, bubbling, cracking, and color fading
• Paint Protection Film: 5 to 10-year manufacturer warranty on STEK, CARPRO, and TMAXX films covering yellowing, peeling, cracking, and delamination
• Auto Wraps: 4 to 5-year warranty on 3M, KPMF, and Avery vinyl covering color fading, adhesion failure, and material defects

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper maintenance or failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, or harsh chemicals
• Unauthorized removal, modification, or tampering with films or wraps
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from automatic car washes with abrasive brushes

To maintain warranty validity, we provide detailed care and maintenance instructions after every installation. Following these guidelines helps ensure lasting protection and performance.

6. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment

Customers acknowledge that SS Wraps & Tints is not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Existing paint chips, scratches, or oxidation
• Prior low-quality tint, film, or wrap applications
• Factory paint defects or previous body work
• Existing glass damage, cracks, or chips

Our team performs a visual inspection before beginning any service. Any pre-existing concerns are documented and communicated to the customer before work starts.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and content on our website are owned by SS Wraps & Tints. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or content for misleading or commercial purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website systems or data

• Pre-existing damage to vehicle surfaces, glass, or interior

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service in question.
